Returns and Exchanges:
Each piece of jewelry is made to the highest standards and is personally inspected by the artist before shipment.
However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact Dawn within 10 days of purchase and a refund or store credit will be issued (minus shipping) upon return of the item. Please understand that refunds can only be granted for items returned in like-new condition. Additionally, due to hygienic concerns, earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned.
All US orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance (if applicable). In the unlikely event your package is lost or damaged in transit, Elements by Dawn will work with you to resolve the issue.
