Elements by Dawn is pleased to accept PayPal, and personal checks drawn on US banks. A PayPal account is not needed to process payment.
A note about using PayPal eCheck service: Elements by Dawn does accept this form of payment, but please be aware it will take several days before the eCheck clears, thus delaying shipment. If you desire your items to be shipped promptly, please consider an alternate method of payment.
By law, I am required to collect Sales Tax on shipments within Illinois at a rate of 7.25%. Shipping and Handling fees are not taxed.
